Returns & Exchanges

At Nolita Diamonds, we want you to be completely enamored with your new jewelry; however, if you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned pieces must be in their original packaging with security tags intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid insured shipping label will be generated; please print this label and include your original packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Secure Your Shipment

  Place the jewelry in its original Nolita Diamonds display box and pack it securely within a secondary shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Our gemologists will inspect the returned item for quality assurance, and once verified, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
